The alleged driver of a stolen four-wheel drive that killed pregnant Hobart mother Sarah Paino has been charged with manslaughter.

The three passengers in the car, two aged 15 and one aged 12, have been charged with motor vehicle theft.

Ms Paino died when the four-wheel drive collided with her car at a high speed in the early hours of January 22nd.

This occurred as she was driving through the Hobart CBD after dropping her partner Daniel Stirling off at work.

At the time of the crash Ms Paino was 32 weeks pregnant, however doctors were able to deliver baby Caleb shortly after the accident.
